Tie Break Tens is certainly making a name for itself. The fast-paced, one-night event has attracted some of the biggest names in the sport (most recently Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal).

The New York City edition in March, to be held at Madison Square Garden, will play host both Serena and Venus Williams. It'll be the first-ever Tie Break Tens in the United States. Eight players will compete in super tiebreakers (to 10) for a $250,000 winner-takes-all prize.

Assuming Serena doesn't add an event before March 5, it'll be her second exhibition event since giving birth in September.

"We’re thrilled that Serena and Venus are competing in the first Tie Break Tens to be played on U.S. soil, in such an iconic venue," CEO of Tie Break Tens Felicity Barnard said. "Hot on the heels of a sell-out men’s tournament in Melbourne this week, it’s clear that Tie Break Tens is fast becoming a regular fixture in the tennis calendar."
