Johanna Konta and Pat Cash recreated the Battle of the Sexes in the middle of a London mall on Friday. Former British No. 1 Greg Rusedski was the umpire.

Konta won the one-set match 6-3.

At 1-1, Konta's service game went to deuce, where it became apparent that there was no-ad scoring. Konta won the deciding point.

In the next game, it turned into a doubles match, with Rusedski getting down from the umpire's chair to join Konta's side, and Cash recruiting a ball girl who happened to have a killer volley.

On the 3-2 changeover, Konta asked Rusedski if on-court coaching was allowed. It was, so she solicited the services of a spectator named Daniel, who was given a microphone so he could help Konta as the next game was going on. Konta held at love.

"I'm hired," Daniel joked.

Konta's previous coach, Wim Fissette, recently started working with Angelique Kerber. Cash currently coaches CoCo Vandeweghe.

At 5-3, it was "match point, Johanna Konta" and the world No. 9 won it with a backhand winner.

"I've been waiting my whole season for this moment," Konta said in her on-court interview.
