World No. 6 Grigor Dimitrov played journalist on the boat ride to the ATP Finals gala, asking tough questions like, "Where's your dog, man?"

"He's at home," Alexander Zverev replied.

Here, by the way, is Zverev's dog, Lovik, who made an appearance in Paris last month.

Zverev helped the group take the iconic ATP Finals selfie:

The photo is a subject of controversy due to David Goffin covering Jack Sock's face, and Dominic Thiem's death stare.

But they also got a group shot with the Yeoman Warders outside the Tower of London.

Wimbledon finalist Marin Cilic also took the microphone, asking Dimitrov what will separate the winner of the ATP Finals from the rest of the field.

"I think, overall, who wants it more," Dimitrov said. "If you're here, it means you deserve it; you had a great season, great consistency. Everybody's pretty much leveled up, so I think that's why  it's gonna come down to the last wire."

The elite crew had a lot of fun together, especially when they sneaked up on Roger Federer during an interview:

At the gala itself, Federer was given three year-end awards.
