Desserts are very tasty but the problem is most of them aren't good for the waistline. But no need to worry as Chef Jamie Gwen is here for the rescue. In this latest edition of One Minute Clinic, she shows you how to make quick, easy healthy sugar-free Berry Yogurt Pops.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups of fresh berries
  • 16 ounces of vanilla-flavored Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons of honey or agave

Instructions

Place the berries, yogurt, and honey in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or you can use paper cups outfitted with popsicle sticks, and freeze until solid.
