Serena has 1950s inspired baby shower

The 35-year-old celebrated with some famous pals.

An eight-months-pregnant Serena Williams gets by with more than a little help from her friends.

Fiendishly famous friends, that is. Cue Ciara, page La La Anthony, call Kelly Rowland, and of course, don't forget about Venus, sister to the mom-in-waiting, resplendent in polka dots. Even Eva Longoria appeared among a cadre of more friends.

It all amounted to a borderline-epic Twitter Moment o'er the weekend. And don't forget the person half-responsible for Serena sitting out this season since the Australian Open: Alexis Ohanian. He got greased up for the friendly foray, channeling some serious John Travolta-like follicles.

In a 1950s-themed baby shower–how novel, how flat-out fun–Serena and her self-labeled "crew" enjoyed a throwback event at Nick's 50's Diner in West Palm Beach, known for its retro motif and good vibrations – and dubbedBaby O's Dinerfor this celeb-soaked frolic.
