Tennis is way more popular than many give it credit for. In California for the Bank of the West Classic, Garbine Muguruza made a pit stop to appear on Chelsea Handler's Netflix talk show Chelsea.

When asked what the Spaniard does before a big match, like her Wimbledon final against Venus Williams, she let her true feelings slip through.

"I try to be confident, but I was like very nervous, I can tell you, shaking and stuff because it's a Grand Slam final, it's the match," she said. "You work so hard to be there...and nothing is comparable to losing in a final. Nobody remembers who loses, so I was trying so hard to win."

The Wimbledon champion isn't the only Grand Slam winner to be on TV winning big. Last year, Stan Wawrinka appeared on Jimmy Fallon after his US Open win to play Wii Tennis.

It's safe to say Muguruza fared better than Wawrinka as far as talk show appearances go.
