There's more than just strawberries and cream moments at Wimbledo

Looking for another scoop on Wimbledon? Tradition starts with grass courts, white attire, strawberries and cream. Make that strawberries and ice cream. Always a popular treat, the frozen delight is becoming a more flavorful option at the All England Club.

There’s the Haagen Daaz branding as the “Official Ice Cream” of Wimbledon putting out it’s special tennis flavor.

Bulgarian star Grigor Dimitrov was more than happy to serve up ice cream, rather than tennis balls, to help promote the brand.

Ice cream could be the secret to his success as he's advanced to the third round with ease, taking out Marcos Baghdatis 6-3, 6-2, 6-1 on Thursday.

Ice cream is being sandwiched inside Wimbledon waffles with strawberries.

There are plenty of other exotic tastes that range from mango to mint, so why not combine the two?

Tennis patrons will continue to delight in the main event this fortnight, but the ice cream invasion is another tasteful option.
