Friday's day in the office was tough for defending Roland Garros champion聽Novak Djokovic. Embroiled in a third-round battle with Diego Schwartzman, Djokovic got into a heated argument with umpire Carlos Ramos.

Up 4-0 in the fourth set, the world No. 2 was punished after taking too long to serve (he lost his first serve). He was then given a warning for unsportsmanlike conduct after pretending to hit a ball toward the umpire's chair (he didn't actually go through with it).

Djokovic would prevail, 聽5-7, 6-3, 3-6, 6-1, 6-1, to reach the fourth round.

He wasn't the only one struggling with authority in Paris. After winning the first set of her third-round match against teenager CiCi Bellis, Wozniacki started to complain that it was too dark.

In the umpire's defense, Jo-Wilfried Tsonga's match against Renzo Olivo went on until almost 10 p.m. a few days prior, but Friday evening saw much darker skies.

Luckily for Wozniacki, she got her way when it began raining while she was down 5-2, suspending the match until Saturday.
