Monday was a big day for Novak Djokovic, but it wasn't all about him, all of the time. He took the court to start his Roland Garros defense against Marcel Granollers, who wouldn't go down without pulling off some magic. His around-the-post winner even earned a high five from Djokovic.

After that reprieve from seriousness, the match would end in business-like fashion in Djokovic's favor, 6-3, 6-4, 6-2.

His new coach Andre Agassi pocketed his first win from the player box, where he was joined by Djokovic's younger brother Marko, Djokovic's pregnant wife Jelena, and for a short while, Djokovic's former coach Boris Becker.

The world No. 2 also got to show off his new Lacoste threads.

Djokovic will face Joao Sousa in the second round.
