Remember the “what color is this dress” phenomenon that had everyone from celebrities to people on the street weighing in and arguing passionately?

The tennis world had a mini-moment like that on Monday when John Isner practiced with Tim Smyczek and couldn’t agree on a ball mark.

The votes in the form of Twitter replies came in fast and furious.

Andy Roddick was decisive.

Bjorn Fratangelo, a former French Open junior champion, knows the clay well and ruled in Isner’s favor.

Ryan Harrison, last week's Estoril Open doubles champion, made his call.
