Throwback Thursday: Azarenka shows off summer baby bump

The Belarusian has been extremely open as she gets set to return

Victoria Azarenka shared a throwback to last summer when she was pregnant with her first child, standing next to her boyfriend Billy McKeague. The 27-year-old gave birth to her son Leo in December.

It has been a booming baby season with Serena Williams' expecting her first child in the fall and ATP players Marcus Willis, Jurgen Melzer and Jo-Wilfried Tsonga all becoming fathers last month. Novak Djokovic's wife Jelena is also expecting their second child.

Azarenka has entered the spotlight a few months before her scheduled return in Stanford. She was present for her country's semifinal Fed Cup win last weekend, opining on Williams' next chapter as a mother, and she also talked to the New York Times about her training and family.

The two-time Australian Open champion will be trying to become the first player since Kim Clijsters in 2010 to win a major after becoming a mother.
