Johanna Konta shared some of her favorite gym moves, working out all parts of her body including her core, arms, legs and back. The top-ranked Great Britain female doesn't mess around when it comes to fitness.

She needed all the strength she could get to win the biggest WTA title in her career in Miami last month. The Brit then teamed up with Fed Cup teammates Heather Watson, Laura Robson and Jocelyn Ray to compete in the World Group II playoffs, but they would fall 3-2 to Romania amidst a very public controversy involving captain Ilie Nastase.

Konta is in Stuttgart this week as the sixth seed.
