Interruptions during a match happen fairly often, but this may be the most bizarre one yet. During their first-round match at the $100,000 ATP Challenger in Sarasota, Frances Tiafoe and Mitchell Krueger were in the middle of the second set when distinct sounds entered the stage.
A very vocal couple in an apartment across the lake, who were working up a sweat of their own, were upsetting play.
Mike Cation, the commentator, who at first thought it was coming from a video, said, "Well, that is the most bizarre situation. I don't how to put this folks, but somebody's phone is going off in the stands and it was an adult video."
Krueger tried launching a ball in the direction of the action, while Tiafoe yelled out, "It can't be that good!" While a young boy in the crowd covered his ears, 19-year-old Tiafoe laughed it up.
Cation also took to social media to congratulate the couple.
Much love to the couple with the windows open across the way! Sounds like you guys had a good time!@SarasotaOpen— Mike Cation (@MikeCTennis) April 19, 2017
And investigations were launched into how the sounds could have traveled so far.

Tiafoe went on to win the match, 6-3, 6-2, but the real winners in this situation is the enthusiastic couple, while the only losers are their neighbors.
