Team USA has made Florida its personal playground leading up to its Fed Cup semifinal tie against the Czech Republic this weekend.

Bethanie Mattek-Sands, CoCo Vandeweghe, Shelby Rogers, Lauren Davis and captain Kathy Rinaldi have put their camaraderie on full display, appearing inseparable off-court and having fun in the process.

Traffic jams can’t deter them—and could even inspire Rinaldi to join social media.

The quartet (plus coach) have turned press conferences into a show.

Making new friends in high places has also been part of the fun.

As this team tries to reach new heights in Fed Cup accomplishments, why not take a symbolic approach to doing so with a roller coaster ride?

The team was given the star treatment at a Tampa Bay Rays Major League Baseball game, where Vandeweghe put a new spin on the first pitch.

Even Captain Rinaldi was feeling it.

They also took the time to inspire the next generation, even though some members (ahem, Vandeweghe) might’ve gotten a little carried away.

Play kicks off Friday at the Saddlebrook Resort in Tampa with two singles matches. The Czech team will feature Katerina Siniakova, Kirstyna Pliskova, Denisa Allertova and Marketa Vondrousova.
