Country club sports are not interchangeable. Let's repeat that: Country club sports are not interchangeable. A group of WTA stars tried to cross over to golf ahead of Charleston and The Masters tournaments.

Miami Open champion Johanna Konta came out on top, with Venus Williams, Daria Gavrilova and Samantha Stosur faring OK for themselves. Lower in the golf rankings, Elena Vesnina, Kiki Bertens and Madison Keys went through a lot of struggles.

Keys would finish dead last, but she remained unfazed. They weren't even playing with golf balls anyway.

Daria Kasatkina would end up the champion on the tennis courts in Charleston, while Sergio Garcia edged out Justin Rose for The Masters green jacket.
