Who doesn't love dogs?

Thursday is National Puppy Day and everyone is celebrating man's best friend from large to small and everything in between. Tennis players love their canine companions and even though most don't bring them on tour, they still house a special place in their lives.

Here are some of famous pairings:

Juan Monaco has two German shepherds, Pincha and Duvan.

Jack Sock's Pomeranian, Dash, is the star of his Instagram.

Serena Williams, Caroline Wozniacki, Dominika Cibulkova, and Svetlana Kuznetsova all love their furry friends.

Chip, Serena's Yorkshire Terrier, is known to come on tour with her.

And Cibulkova sometimes travels in style with Spajky and Woody.

John Isner has a passion for animals, and for his English Cocker Spaniel, Magill.

Alexander Zverev has been known to sunbathe with his pup, Lovik.

Even Novak Djokovic can't resist his furballs, Tesla and Pierre

Juan Martin del Potro can't travel easily with his gigantic, but adorable Newfoundland, but they can hit the pool.
