Vasek Pospili’s YouTube channel Bounce is only getting better, and he’s hoping the same happens with his ranking. The world No. 129 got off on the right foot this week in Indian Wells after being one of the first to arrive.

The 26-year-old, ranked as high as No. 25 in 2014, battled through two qualifying matches before taking out Yen-Hsun Lu, 6-7 (6), 6-4, 6-3 in the first round.

In Pospisil's clip, the fifth in his new video series, the Canadian laments over his lack of tan and tries to improve it by warming up shirtless on a field of grass.

“Hopefully somebody watches this video,” he says, before meeting with Mark Woodforde for what turns into a very long practice.

Pospisil’s hard (and early) work has been rewarded with a second-round contest against world No. 1 Andy Murray on Saturday.
