Lost in an array of Fed Cup results last year was one quirky little moment, which has since complied over 500,000 YouTube views. During the 2016 Group 1 Europe/Africa tie Israel and Estonia, a multi-stroke point played out that climaxed (or deescalated) with The Overhead Smash That Wasn't.

On the heels of Estonia's botched shot, the point's unexpected winners, Israeli player Julia Glushko and teammate Shahar Peer, shared a laugh. That brief comic relief bent into an extended delay as Glushko stepped to the line to serve (notably down break point), but couldn't compose herself to continue play. Thus what began as brief embarrassment became something of a minor spectacle.

The Israeli pair would win that doubles tie to complete a 3-0 sweep of Estonia. But this year, when facing off again, Estonia got their revenge with a 2-1 victory.
