It takes some luck to make it big as a tennis pro, and perhaps even more to meet your future husband by happenstance. But that's just what happened to Serena Williams.

"Literally by chance..." Williams said about meeting Alexis Ohanian at a restaurant in Rome. "I was sitting down, and he sat next to me. It was just... Yeah, that doesn't happen anymore, right?

"I live in a movie and in a fairy tale in my mind, so I guess eventually it was bound to happen."

The 35-year-old didn't have an answer yet for where the wedding will take place, but given that she got engaged in Rome, and openly talks about her love for Italy, it's not the worst guess.

But first, Williams is focused on the task at hand: her 23rd Grand Slam title. She moved into the quarterfinals with a 7-5, 6-4 win over Barbora Strycova on Monday and plays Johanna Konta for the first time next.
