Serena Williams got absolutely giddy trying on the newest Nike innovation, the HyperAdapt 1.0. The shoe is auto-lacing, and makes a motorized sound as it tightens the laces for you.
"Oh my god, are you kidding me? I feel surreal right now. This can’t be real. This is the prefect shoe," Williams said."Yo, this is crazy… This is definitely the future."
The shoes need to be charged, like a cell phone, and automatically tightens when you slide your foot in. Check it out for yourself:
The futuristic shoe went on sale December 1 in New York for a retail price of $720.
