The Ice Queen cometh.

U.S. President-elect Donald Trump has taken to Twitter twice in recent weeks to critique Alec Baldwin's parodies of him on Saturday Night Live broadcasts, as well as asking TV executives and publishers to avoid publishing what he considers unflattering images of him. On Sunday, Chris Evert decided that she had had enough of that alleged cultural-political chicanery.

"It's now about your service and leadership. #getoverit," the ever-cool Evert tweeted sharply, in part, to her nearly 170,000 followers.

This isn't the first time that Evert has spoken out about Trump, who is set to become the 45th U.S. president in January. She posted the day after U.S. Election Day to state that a photo pulled from Getty Images showing her and Trump posing rather warmly on a clay court was a decade-and-a-half old and snapped at a charity mixer.

It is truly anyone's guess what President-elect Trump will send up next, but rest assured, SNL will be ready. So, too, may be Evert, once and always the queen of backhands.
