With the ability and athleticism of players on the ATP World Tour, sometimes it takes a little something special just to win a point—a fact that the players in the field at the year-end championships in London know all too well.

Here’s a look at some of their superhuman feats over the course of the season.

It’s a feat of tremendous magnitude to actually get a ball by Rafael Nadal on a clay court. Here’s a couple that made it by him in Monte Carlo, courtesy of Dominic Thiem’s majestic one-handed backhand. And he didn’t discriminate either, taking it down the line and cross-court:

Novak Djokovic can relate to the enormity of the task Thiem accomplished, as seen by this two-fister in Rome:

Djokovic must have thought he was looking in a mirror, the way Stan Wawrinka scrambled and stretched in this point at the US Open. The Swiss worked his way up to the net and back again to finish it off in style:

With his attacking style, it’s usually Marin Cilic that’s forcing his opponent to scramble. He showed he has legs and knows how to use them, hitting this on-the-run forehand past Kei Nishikori in the Basel final:

Here’s how Nishikori, one of the fastest players on the tour, pulls off a pass—using one hand and not his usual two on the backhand side, no less. Mikhail Youzhny could only watch:

Gilles Simon can relate to Youzhny’s plight as Andy Murray, no slouch by any means in the wheels department, hustled up to Simon’s dropper and flipped the ball past him at a ridiculous angle:

It would be difficult to pull that type of pass off against Milos Raonic, who showed his reach and touch up at the net against Jared Donaldson in Toronto:

Gael Monfils, tennis’ own version of a human highlight reel, showed both disguise and super-soft hands with this cross-court forehand pass against Yen-Hsun-Lu in Washington:
