In Singapore, Simona Halep has just revealed her hidden talent, and it's a powerful kick worthy of a rugby team starting position.

The Romanian will be training during the off season in Adelaide with her Australian coach Darren Cahill. There's no better place to prepare for the Australian Open, and no better setting for working on her kicking skills.

At the WTA Finals, Halep dropped her second round-robin match to Angelique Kerber, 6-4, 6-2, and gave the world No. 1 a lot of credit.

Halep is still in contention to reach the semifinals, having won her first match over Madison Keys on Sunday. She'll face Dominica Cibulkova on Thursday.
