Tennis stars get to have all the fun. The St.Petersburg Open is currently underway, but the athletes started things off early in style by partying at the tournament’s opening gala.

Among the players who attended were recent US Open winner Stan Wawrinka, Wimbledon finalist Milos Raonic and world No. 9 Tomas Berdych (who is making a return from appendicitis).

The ATP stars were treated to an eccentric and vibrant show of flashing lights and female dancers dressed in a variety of fun costumes.

"I thought it was a fantastic [party]," Raonic said. "There were some fantastic performances as well as some great moments with the organizers of the event… So it’s a great way to kick things off on the eve of the tournament."

Berdych and Wawrinka are safely into the quarterfinals, while Raonic (the defending champion) will take on Mikhail Youzhny in the second round on Thursday.
