It was all over. Stan Wawrinka had just beaten world No. 1 Novak Djokovic in the US Open final, and ESPN quickly shut the door on the final Slam of the year to turn its attention to baseball. Recapping the match with a brief sentence, there was a hefty pause before ESPN commentator Dan Shulman said the name, "Djovak Nokovic."

No one missed the epic blunder.
