Sharapova continues to have a blast—and share practices

Maria Sharapova’s life should be in the pits after a failed drug test forced her off the WTA tour in early March. She's currently embroiled in a case with the International Tennis Federation over her possible doping suspension, and that will take two to three months to decide. Instead of going into hiding, or seeming even a little worried about it, she’s been living it up, and showing off her seemingly perfect life to all of her followers.

She jetted off for a vacation to Mexico just days after announcing her meldonium mishap:

The Russian has still been practicing regularly, littering her Instagram page with video evidence (Clearly the five-time Grand Slam champion is trying to prove that she will be back.):

Yet, Sharapova still made time to attend Coachella:

And she just celebrated her 29th birthday, which Chelsea Handler helped make special with a little nudity. Sharapova's new comedic BFF has shown her plenty of devotion and love, but to be fair, Handler does go nude very often.

The Russian's latest bit of good news has been the return of her signature backhand:

It feels like centuries ago, but Sharapova's most serious trouble earlier this year was arm pain. At least that issue seems resolved.

Though social media literally puts a filter on real life, it's a testament to her resilience that she's continuing to live life to the fullest during what could be a career-ending court case—or she could just be doing a really, really great job of masking her stress.

In any case, did anyone really expect Sharapova to lay down and give up? Never.
